Count both Registers (fill logs)
Reinstall Soda Nozzles
Turn TVs to All Sports
Turn TV Menus & Vertical TV to Clyde's Loop
Set up labeled Sani Buckets
Wipe Patio Tables
Inspect Parking Lot and remove trash
Stock supplies as needed
Wipe down tables and guest-facing surfaces as needed
Turn on Top Hits (Clean Lyrics Only) playlist at appropriate volume
Turn on Open Signs at 10:59 AM
Open both Front Doors
Scrub Dining Room Floors (Fridays Only)

Daily Closing Procedures
Wipe down all tables and countertops
Wipe down both Soda Stations
Clean toilets and urinal; wipe walls, sinks and mirrors; restock as needed
Take out all trash
Sweep and mop floors
Scrub Expo Floors (Tuesdays Only)
Stock cups, lids, napkins, ketchup, utensils, straws and ice
Complete deposit and leave both Registers at $200 (fill logs; leave registers open)
Count Safe (fill log)
Remove Soda Nozzles and soak in Sani (Bleach on Saturdays)
Turn off all TVs
Turn off Open Signs
Turn off Music
Turn off Breaker #3
Wash Sani Buckets, Shake Containers and Ice Scooper
Close and lock Front Doors and Drive-Thru Window
Complete final FOH & BOH walkthrough
Verify Shake Mixer, Waffle Iron, Kitchen Printer Timer and Fry Warmers are unplugged when not in use
Complete Manager Log including building exterior and AC control panel photos
Set Ring Alarm and verify building is secure

AMDetail Clean Reach-in Fridges (Inside & Out - 4 Total)
PMClean All Drains Throughout Store

AMClean Stainless Steel & Hood Vent Stainless Steel
PMClean Office & Scrub/Mop if Needed

AMScrub FOH Floors (Under Expo, Registers, etc.)
