Daily Opening Procedures
Count registers and complete register sheets
Fill ice cream machine with at least 4 containers (do not leave handle engaged)
Turn on lights, TVs (Sports) and menu boards
Ensure kiosk is on and wiped down
Stock ice
Verify bathrooms were cleaned and stocked; correct issues and note in Manager Log if needed
Set up patio tables, chairs and umbrellas; wipe down if needed
Place Clyde's floor mats
Turn on beer fridge light
Install soda nozzles and wipe syrup/stains from soda stations
Turn on music (clean lyrics only) at appropriate volume
Stock items as needed
Place outdoor signage
Turn on Open Sign at 10:59 AM
Unlock doors
Complete Manager Log before clocking out
Ensure all team members are in full uniform

Daily Closing Procedures
Close registers, complete register sheets, prepare deposit and complete deposit log
Alternate nights between sanitizing and fully breaking down the ice cream machine
Bring in patio tables, close umbrellas and take required exterior photos
Turn off Open Sign
Bring in outdoor signage
Wipe down all counters and tables
Roll up floor mats
Put up chairs
Take out trash
Wipe down trash receptacles
Sweep and mop floors
Stock ice
Remove soda nozzles and soak in hot soapy water; pour hot water down soda fountain drains and wipe syrup/stains
Clean and stock bathrooms (refer to office cleaning guide if needed)
Turn off TVs, menu boards, music and lights
Lock all doors and drive-thru window
Stock needed items
Double-check all completed work
Fully complete Manager Log
